The second thing you should do is to avoid doing any work or activity that you hate because taking part in such work will only make you resent yourself for putting yourself in a situation that does not stimulate any motivation and you will not have happiness at all. You should, however, get involved in a job that you love doing because you will have a good attitude that can spread into other things you do, and you can feel happiness everywhere you are.

The third thing you must do is to be in the company of friends and colleagues who inspire you by encouraging you to do the things that you find happiness while doing because they will help you achieve your joy. Stay away from people who have bad attitudes because they will make you sad.

Lastly, you should create an exercise plan which you should follow daily because physical activity makes you strong and stable and you will therefore be a lot more confident and healthy, which contributes to your happiness.
